Break trip repairs were handled professionally and efficiently. Eduardo has a great personality and was extremely helpful in explaining what he did and how it helped solve the problem. His work was neat and clean

I could not have been more satisfied with my electrical service upgrade to our garage. Eduardo Monroy came to my home to do an estimate and explained everything to me in detail. I chose to use One Call Electrical because I used them in the past and was very satisfied. Eduardo arrived on time to do the service, explained to me again what he was going to do and was very meticulous about leaving my home in the same condition as it was when he arrived. One Call electric came through clutch for us. We initially had a "handyman" (assigned by our landlord) try and fix a few defective outlets in the home (that should've been fixed prior to us moving in). In working on those outlets our "handyman" took out about a dozen more outlets and left our master bed and bath without power with no explanation. At this point we called One call electric and were first greeted very kindly by Mark and then transferred us to Maureen who immediately dispatched a technician (Eduardo) to us. He was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful. He diagnosed the issue and explained how he would fix it. He handled his business extremely efficiently and was very professional. Would definitely recommend this service as they handle themselves with the utmost professionalism and service. And I am not big on writing reviews, but after the week we've had moving into the home, it was definitely great to have one thing go smoothly. Thanks guys!
A very professional company with a very good & courteous staff. I lost My electric power in my house and they had the technicians come over in less than 1 hour. The Technician Eduardo Monroy and his colleague were quick and fast in understanding the problem and suggesting the right solution for it. As they deal in Electric, Plumbing and Heating/Cooling, they had good experience and explained the complete picture while suggesting the solution. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to any of my acquaintances.
